At The Treat Jungle, your satisfaction is our top priority! If something’s not right with your order, we’re here to make it right.

1. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our candy products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or melted due to shipping issues, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Refunds & Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order was damaged during shipping
  • Your package did not arrive (confirmed lost in transit)

To request a refund or replacement, please email us at query@thetreatjungle.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Sale items and promotional products are non-refundable
  • Products that have been opened or consumed
  • Orders with incorrect shipping details provided by the customer

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be canceled within 1 hour of placing them. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled or changed.
